If you have the proper licensing, have solid business management skills, and can see yourself growing a New Image Works business of your own, then our franchise opportunity may be just right for you.
What is provided as part of the New Image Works franchise program?
You’ll stand out from the competition right from the beginning! That’s because every franchise owner will have access to the New Image Academy, where they will be brought up to speed on the latest injection techniques developed by our founder. Plus, we are going to teach you everything we know about running your clinic. We’ll welcome you, your lead nurse, and clinic manager to our flagship location for one week of training, both in the classroom and on the job. We’ll get to know each other while you learn about our products, operations, marketing, vendor relationships, inventory, equipment, and so much more. Plus, when you are ready to launch your business, we’ll send a team member from the home office to your location for a full day of additional support. All franchisees and their medical providers will be required to successfully complete any training provided by the manufacturers of equipment (such as lasers) used in the business and to become properly certified to use that equipment. We will always be available via phone and email when you need us, and you will have exclusive access to our confidential operations manual, from the moment you are selected to open an aesthetic clinical spa franchise with New Image Works.
How much will the franchise cost me?
The estimated initial investment necessary to begin operations ranges from $136,150 to $955,650. This includes a $50,000 initial franchise fee for a single territory agreement. As with any new venture, it’s important to have adequate capital to fund the initial business growth stages.
Are there ongoing fees to pay?
We collect an 8% royalty fee based on gross revenues. Fees such as this allow us to fund our ongoing support services like the continued development of best practices and procedures, as well as marketing tools, training programs, and systems upgrades. Are there any advertising fees?
Franchise owners will start by contributing up to 2% of gross revenues on an ongoing basis to our centralized brand fund. The collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies to promote the New Image Works brand and cover the creative costs to develop brand marketing materials and campaigns. Also, franchisees will need to spend up to 2% of revenues on local marketing. Each franchise owner will also spend between $15,000 and $30,000 on Grand Opening promotions around the time of the launch of their clinic.
What is the term of the agreement?
The initial term of your agreement is ten years, with two subsequent successor agreement options of five years each.
